Olympus Mons is a structure in Mars that is about 3860 meters tall. It is very dangerous for those who land here, because of its height, and parachutes in Mars's upper atmosphere do not work as well as in sea level.

Landing on the structure could be very difficult. Its height is high enough to reach the Martian upper atmosphere, so landing using a parachute and retrorockets will work.

Climbing this mountain can take you a while. By reaching the edge of the mountain you will encounter a steep slope that makes some rockets tip over to the side. After passing the obstacle, the slope becomes not steep enough for rockets to tip over, although there some cases that it will tip. Reaching the top you will encounter a crater that is hundreds of meters wide.

Activities[]

There are many activities to do on this mountain, such as doing ground-based research, setting up some bases or even driving/flying on it.
